Franklin Johnson is a horticultural and agricultural data professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning research, molecular biology, field programs, regulatory operations, program management, consulting, and commercial agriculture of over 125 different crops and over 200 plant varieties.
His work connects biological understanding with reproducible analytics and clear decision-making. He has conducted and supported research involving plant/flower/fruit physiology, postharvest biology and storage, transcriptomics, pathway components analysis, regulatory-network interpretation, and up to, but not limited to, comparative systems biology analyses.
Franklin’s professional background includes work with nutritional supplement, herbal tea and beauty analytical science and innovation, public and private agricultural research institutions, state and federal public agencies, various consulting agencies, and large-scale, commercial agriculture and dairy businesses. This range provides a practical understanding of how analytical findings must serve different audiences—from peer reviewers and research collaborators to managers, operators, customers, and operational teams.
